Shipping Policy

 * As a direct result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, production and delivery times can be delayed by up to 5 business days than the time frame below. While all orders will get delivered, we cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date.
We wish you and your family good health, and the very best.
We suggest all customers planning coming occasion gifts as soon as possible. Our recommendation date for Xmas Day is before Dec10th. Please be patient as we work to get shipments out as quickly as possible, with everyone’s safety in mind.


1. How long will it take for the buyer to receive their order?
All our products are created on demand, which means that your product will go into production shortly after your order has been processed. Customer(s) can expect to receive their products 10-21 business days after their payment has been received and their order processed.


 2. Production time & Delivery time
We typically take about 5-10 business days to make your product, depending on the type of product ordered. Besides, customers acknowledge and agree that the stated delivery time frame of 7-21 business days is an estimate, and under certain instances deliveries may exceed or be less than the stated time frame.

All our shipments are provided with a tracking link. Please feel free to follow the tracking link to check your delivery status.


3. How much should I pay for shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. At this current time, we have two shipping options, they are Fast shipping, and Standard shipping.
Shipping Rates

  • Orders to the US
Free shipping for all orders over $75
Shipping for all orders is $5.95, please notice we only use the standard shipping method.
  • International shipping

We offer international shipping for most of our products except for Pillow, Acrylic Print.
The estimated shipping fee for international orders is $6.95 to $49.95 depending on the product and destination country.
Specific shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at Checkout.


4. Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

  • We only offer single destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

    5. Can I ship to a PO box or Military APO/ FPO?
    • You can have your order shipped to PO boxes and military APO/ FPO.
    • Shipment to APOs can take up to 40-45 days to be delivered. Please note that once your parcel has entered the army area, we will not be able to update the status of shipping for security reasons.

      6. VAT taxes will be charged?
      • We do not collect any tax for international shipping. All taxes and duties fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
      • The VAT charges may be vary according to the country. We recommend contacting your local custom officer for more information.

        7. Track Order
        You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 3-5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
        If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

        NOTE
        The tractor page updates in real-time as the status of the shipment changes. Possible statuses are:
        * Confirmed- An order was created, but it has not been shipped or fulfilled yet.
        * On its way- The order was marked as fulfilled or partially fulfilled, and the shipment is in transit.
        * Out for delivery- The shipment arrived in your area and will be delivered to you soon.
        * Delivered- The order was marked as delivered by the carrier.
        * Attempted delivery- The carrier attempted to deliver the shipment to the destination address but was unsuccessful.


        8. Change Shipping Address
        You can change the shipping address of your order within 4 hours after placing the order.
        To change the shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible when you want to change the shipping address
        NOTE
        We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet entered the production queue.
        We also cannot change your shipping address from a domestic US location to an International address, and vice versa.


        9. Report Delivery Issue
        If it is over your estimated arrival date or there is any shipping issue with your order, a request needs to be submitted within 20 days from the delivery date or 45 days from the order date to qualify for credit or replacement. Please contact us here and we will take care of this for you.

        10. Incorrect Shipping Address
        Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
        For orders returned due to an incorrect address provided, we request a re-shipping fee to resend your order.
        If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.


        11. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
        When receiving your package, if there is any issue such as damaged item, incorrect or defective item, missing item… please submit a contact form with an image attached for proof here and we will take care of this for you.

        12. Other shipping & delivery information
        * Shipping multiple orders
        Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined.
        * Shipping to multiple locations
        Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address
        * Shipping orders include multiple items
        For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages. There’s no extra charge for this.
        * Where do we ship your order from?
        We ship all orders from our factory partner in the US.
